Snappdf ("we", "us") takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect through getsnappdf.com, how we use it, and the rights you have. We operate in compliance with the EU GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

What we collect

PDF files you upload — only to perform the requested operation. Deleted within 1 hour.
Your email address (if you create an account) — for login and billing.
Your IP address and browser info — for abuse prevention and performance.
Cookies — for sessions and language preference. No advertising trackers.

How we use your data

To perform the PDF operations you request and deliver the results.
To manage your account and process billing (if you have a Pro plan).
To understand service issues through anonymized aggregate usage statistics.
To comply with legal obligations when required by court order.

We do NOT sell your data

We never share or sell your data with advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party marketing companies. The only infrastructure providers we use to deliver our service are: our payment processor, our SMTP email provider, and our cloud hosting provider — all under strict data processing agreements.

File retention

Any file you upload is automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour at the latest. We keep account information until you delete it yourself. When you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days (except where legally required to retain — e.g. invoice records under tax law).
