Get a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked

Snappdf offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro plans. Email support@getsnappdf.com from the address on file and we issue a full refund to the original payment method within five business days. After 14 days we review requests case by case based on circumstance and usage.

The 14-day window

Every paid Snappdf plan comes with a full money-back guarantee for the first 14 days after your initial charge. The clock starts on the date the payment posts to your account, not on the day you signed up.

You do not need a reason. Send a short email, get your money back. Heavy usage during the trial window does not disqualify the request.

Requesting a refund

Email support@getsnappdf.com from the email address on your Snappdf account. Include the last four digits of the card used (if you remember) or the Stripe receipt number so we can match the charge. We reply within one business day to confirm and start the refund.

The reply comes from a human. Refunds get the same answer whether you bought ten minutes ago or thirteen days ago.

After the 14-day window

Refund requests filed later than 14 days are evaluated individually. We weigh things like: whether the service had an outage that affected you, whether a charge fired after you cancelled (rare, but if it happens we always refund), and whether you used the account during the period in question.

Honest cases get honest answers. There is no one-size-fits-all script here, and we do not hide behind policy language to avoid paying back what somebody fairly asks for.

Annual plans

If you cancel an annual plan partway through the year, you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period. Annual subscriptions are not prorated by default. If circumstances warrant a partial refund, for example you bought the year and lost access through no fault of your own, write to us and we will look at it.

Free trial conversion

If you started a free trial and forgot to cancel before the conversion, write within seven days of the first paid charge and we refund the charge in full. Also cancel the subscription itself, otherwise the next renewal will charge again at the end of the next period.

Chargebacks and disputes

A chargeback through your bank or card issuer takes about six weeks to resolve and costs us a per-dispute fee. Mailing us first is almost always faster. We honour valid refund requests without making you fight your bank for them.

If a chargeback has already been filed, withdraw it after we agree on the refund. Otherwise both sides lose: you wait longer for the money, and we still pay the dispute fee.

When the money lands

Card refunds usually appear in three to five business days. Some banks take up to ten. PayPal refunds are typically same-day. We send a confirmation email the moment the refund is issued on our side, with the transaction ID. If nothing shows after ten days, reply to that email and we will track the transaction with the processor on your behalf.

What we do not refund

Two categories sit outside the standard guarantee. Accounts terminated for violating the terms of service (illegal uploads, scraping, abuse of shared resources) are not eligible. Renewal charges that have been active for more than 30 days, with use during that period, are reviewed but not guaranteed.
