Behind Snappdf

We are an independent team focused on browser-based document tools. We choose plain interfaces, predictable pricing, and engineering choices that put your file privacy first. Snappdf began in 2026 after months of frustration with PDF apps that wanted credit cards before answering basic questions.

Where we work

Snappdf operates from Istanbul, Turkey, and serves users in 20 languages worldwide. Processing happens on servers within the EU and Turkey; files never leave our infrastructure. We comply with GDPR and KVKK, and we publish a plain-language privacy policy you can audit in a single read.

What we do every day

Our team has built and shipped web tools for the past decade across SaaS, developer tooling, and document infrastructure. PDFs are deceptively complex; we work with the FPDI, TCPDF, and PDF.co engines to deliver predictable output across the broadest range of inputs, including older Word formats and scanned documents that need OCR.
