Terms of Service

By using Snappdf (getsnappdf.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Snappdf provides online PDF tools (merging, splitting, compressing, converting, editing, signing, and more). Some features are free; others require a Pro subscription. Pro users get unlimited operations, 500 MB file size, OCR, batch processing, and no watermarks.

Acceptable use

You may not use Snappdf to:

• Process copyrighted, trade-secret, or confidential documents without authorization
• Upload illegal content (child sexual abuse material, terrorist propaganda, etc.)
• Overload our servers, scrape the site, or run denial-of-service attacks
• Attempt to access another user's account without permission
• Reverse engineer the service or use it to build a competing product

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Account responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens on your account. Report any suspicious activity immediately to support@getsnappdf.com.

Payment and refunds

Pro subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect immediately and you keep Pro access until the end of the current period.

If you are unhappy within 14 days of paying, email us and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the files you upload. We claim no ownership of your content. The Snappdf name, logo, and software are our property.

Disclaimer of warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PDF operations may occasionally fail or produce unexpected output — we recommend backing up important files. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or damages arising from use of the service.

Dispute resolution

Disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the laws of the Republic of Turkey apply and the courts of Istanbul have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we notify registered users by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
